Exchanges & Alterations

While we do not offer returns, we provide a seamless Exchange and Alteration process to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

To initiate an exchange or alteration:

• Approved exchnages will be delivered within 7-10 days

Return Requirements

For an exchange or alteration to be processed, please ensure the following:

• The product must be unused and undamaged.
• It must be returned in its original packaging.
• All price tags, original invoices, and labels must remain intact and attached.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Customer Cancellations: Once an order has been processed, no cancellation requests will be entertained.
• Brand Rights: reserves the right to cancel an order at its discretion. In such cases, the entire amount will be refunded back to you.
• The amount will be processed to original source within 7-10 days
